We are living in a hectic world under consistent time pressure while being anxious to loose our jobs. We neglect our diet, physical, mental and spiritual exercise, we fail to build relaxation into our day and we get too little deep sleep. We rarely see more than one perspective on a problem while selecting the win-lose option. Often people do not recognise that change can only start within them. We need to seek opportunities to change our behaviour. Charles Darwin said it is the most adaptable to change that survives.
